Art.3
The competition is open to pianists from any country born after 1st January 1987
Art.4
The deadline for submission of the Applications is on
6th SEPTEMBER 2019
The competition management will not consider those applications lacking any of the documents mentioned below (art.7) , nor will it accept applications arriving after the deadline.
The candidates are invited to get information about their Application correct arrival writing to the mail address of the competition: info@premiorobertomelini.it
Art.5
The registration procedure involves the compilation in any part of the Application Form which candidates will find on internet web-site
Art .6
The Registration fee is € 100,00 (hundred,00 euro) and it is not refundable. It will be refundable only in the case the Application will not be accepted.
Art.7
The Application Form must necessarily enclose the following documents:
-Photocopy of Identity Card or other equivalent document
-Photocopy of Italian Tax code or Photocopy of the tax number issued in one’s country of citizenship
– A professional photograph
-Curriculum vitae and repertoire
– A photocopy of residence permit for Applicants not belonging to the EU Community
-The receipt of the bank transfer of €100,00

The Application Form together with the other necessary documents must be sent on – line to:
Art.8
All candidates must present in the Application Form a statement with the name of their teacher and the exact duration of the pieces submitted .
Art.9
The candidates will be excluded if they will not be present on Monday 1st October 2019 at Competitors Secretary Office at Teatro Mons. Caproni Levico Terme ( Trento) in order to confirm their participation . On Monday 1st and Tuesday 2th it will also be possible to practice on the Piano of the Competition.
Art.10
The Competition organisers will provide the strings for the chamber music round. The 3 candidates admitted to the final round will rehearsal with the strings on 4th and 5th October
Art.11
All rounds are public. Competitors will play in alphabetical order starting from a letter drawn by lot .
Art.12
Candidates will provide for the Jury two copies of the scores of the program submitted.
Jury
Art.13
The Jury comprises eminent musicians of different nationalities. In the case of teaching relationship or kinship with a jury member the candidate will not be admitted. A statement about the Jury relations with the candidates will be signed at the beginning of the competition.
Only for the Final Round a second Jury, composed by artistic directors and journalists, will assign a special prize.
Art.14
The Jury will have the faculty to assign one or more prizes ex-aequo. In this case the prizes will be divided into equal parts. The Jury will announce the winners after the Final Concert on 5th October 2019. The decision of the Jury is final and no appeal is admitted.
Art.15
The organisers will not be responsible of any damage to people and/or things during the Competition.
The partecipants will renounce to every right to use and exploit radio and/or television recordings of their perfomances.
The entry application implies the acceptance of all the rules set and of every necessary changes made by the Artistic Director. In the case of dispute, the Italian version of the official rules shall prevail.
Privacy
Art. 16
Partecipants authorise the Associazione Distratta Musa to process their personal data in order to handle their registration for Premio Melini, and for all necessary administrative and promotional activities which Association intends to under take. Under the terms of Italian legal degree n.196/2003 , partecipants may at any time have access to their personal data and request modification and /or cancellation
